Role Description: Full-time on-site position in Dehiwala. As an Academic Planning Manager, you’ll oversee academic planning, program operations, policy development, faculty coordination, and program evaluation. Involvement in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in academic planning or similar role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective collaboration with faculty, staff, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of educational regulations and accreditation standards
