Job Description

Are you a seasoned finance professional with expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)? Do you thrive in supporting final account preparation and financial reporting?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable (AR): Oversee timely invoicing and collections.
  • Accounts Payable (AP): Handle invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor management.
  • Final Account Preparation: Assist in maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular account reconciliations.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations.
  • Support: Aid the finance team in ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in finance, focusing on AR, AP, and final accounts.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in financial software.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
