Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Associate QA Lead specializing in Automation testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Assurance and experience in developing automated test scripts.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using testing tools, identifying bugs and issues, and working closely with the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables. The role also involves collaborating with developers and project managers to enhance testing processes and strategies.
The candidate should have a solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG is highly desired.
