Job Description

Job Duties:
- Main point of contact for HR enquiries
- Full-cycle recruitment of new employees
- Managing probationary reports and evaluations
- Developing and maintaining HR systems
- Managing personnel records and training programs
- Carrying out performance evaluation procedures
- Ensuring compliance levels and leading negotiations
- Providing accurate HR Analytics
- Managing employee exit procedures and clearances
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Effective communication skills
- Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
- Process-driven
