Role Description
- Handle ticketing and reservation inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accuracy in all bookings and communications with keen attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with customers, airlines, and travel partners to deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with airlines and travel partners to secure the best travel deals.
- Arrange travel plans meticulously according to customers’ preferences.
Qualifications
- Utilize ticketing and reservations background efficiently.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience required.
- Visa handling experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems, especially the Amadeus system.
- Thorough knowledge of geographical locations worldwide.
- Excellent communication abilities and multitasking skills.
