Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Customer Service Manager located in Colombo. The Assistant Customer Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills, and maintaining effective communication. The role will involve daily tasks related to managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
