Job Description
The Job:
- Conduct detailed analysis of client financial information, including investments, assets, liabilities, and income, to support the creation of financial plans.
- Gather and evaluate financial data, market trends, and investment products to provide insights and recommendations to advisors.
- Assist in the preparation and creation of financial plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client goals and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to client financial information and plans.
- Collaborate with advisors to address client inquiries and concerns, providing necessary information and clarification on financial plans.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing the efficiency of paraplanning activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial analysis or paraplanning role.
- Proficiency in financial planning software/tools (X Plan).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in the financial services industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach and strong organizational abilities.
