Job Description
Travel Shine is an IATA accredited travel company based in Australia for more than 10 years. We are looking for energetic candidates for our Sri Lankan operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role at an airline office or travel agency.
- Certificate level qualification in ticketing/reservations preferred.
- Expertise in the Travel Industry with GDS system (Amadeus).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhalese.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Good team player with interpersonal skills.
- Prefer candidates near Wattala, Ja-Ela, and Negombo areas.
- Must be willing to work night shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting, advising, and handling travel fare inquiries.
- Processing tickets, re-issuing, cancellations, and refunds.
- Achieving revenue targets through market coverage and ticket sales.
- Required to work Monday to Saturday.
Salary: Starting from Rs. 70,00 plus sales commission.
