Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Strategy Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligning with brand vision and sales goals. Manage the online product catalog, enhance user experience, and leverage analytics for decision-making.
Website Management: Take charge of day-to-day e-commerce platform management. Ensure the website is always updated with new products, promotions, and engaging content.
Digital Marketing: Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns for driving traffic and conversions, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and retargeting.
Sales Optimization: Monitor and report platform performance using analytics, identify growth opportunities, and implement revenue-maximizing strategies.
Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless shopping experience by managing customer inquiries, improving site navigation, and ensuring a mobile-responsive design.
Market Research: Stay current on industry trends and competitors’ strategies to keep Emerald at the forefront of e-commerce.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
- Customer-centric creative thinker with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
