Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive in Colombo 02. The HR Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Working closely with the HR team and senior management is key to driving HR initiatives and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR management, operations, and employee relations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Excellent understanding of HR principles, best practices, and labor laws in Sri Lanka
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Expertise in managing employee benefits, including EPF / ETF
