Role Description
Join us as a full-time Senior Executive in Travel & Air Ticketing at SYNERGY CONSULTANT, Rajagiriya, Colombo. Responsibilities include ticket bookings, travel package arrangements, customer service, and liaison with airlines and agencies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Proficient in travel & airline operations
- Experience with ticketing systems (Galileo/Amadeus)
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Knowledge of international travel regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Fluency in English and local language
Relevant certifications in the travel industry are advantageous.
