Job Description
Responsibilities
- Proactively conduct outbound calls to potential vendors, securing sponsorship agreements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep detailed records of calls, ensuring CRM systems are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English.
- Proven tele sales or similar experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
