Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Outlet Manager at Luxe Colombo. The Retail Outlet Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail outlet in Colombo. This includes managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of employees.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service, Communication, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in people management and leading a team
- Inventory Management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in retail or customer service industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
