Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Colombo. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks which include hiring, communication, recruiting, employer branding, and IT recruitment.
Qualifications
- Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in employer branding
- Knowledge of HR strategies and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
