Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will excel in creating and closing business opportunities. Using a consultative approach to selling, you will leverage your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Job Description:
- Aggressively pursue new business opportunities in the market.
- Maintain positive business relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify current market trends, research, attract, and onboard new clientele.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Organize and attend customer meetings and coordinate implementation with support teams.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Sales/Marketing or Business Development.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English. Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil is an added advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of one or more of our target markets is desirable.
- Flexible to work with changing priorities.
