Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Tour Manager at Olanka Travels. The Tour Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day tour operations globally, coordinating with travel agents & DMCs and global vendors, ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will be located in Colombo, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in tour management and operations in a global & local scale
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan & global tourism and hospitality industry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
