Job Description:
As a Broker Admin, your primary responsibilities involve managing the client relationship management (CRM) system, coordinating new mortgage applications, handling reception duties, and supporting existing clients. You will work closely with advisors to ensure a smooth process from initial enquiry to mortgage completion.
Key Responsibilities:
– Input client enquiries into the CRM system.
– Collaborate with advisors to gather required documents for new cases.
– Guide clients through the application process, from Decision in Principle (DIP) to Full Mortgage Application (FMA).
– Provide clients with life and general insurance (GI) quotes and assist with underwriting.
– Keep clients informed about valuation dates and outcomes.
– Coordinate with solicitors to track progress and update clients accordingly.
– Generate broker fee invoices and communicate them to clients.
– Enter cases for existing clients to set up renewal reminders.
Reception Duties:
– Answer incoming calls, directing enquiries to advisors and assisting existing clients.
– Manage stationery orders and send reminders for pending tasks.
– Coordinate delivery of welcome hampers to clients and solicit feedback.
