Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for students enrolled in Coffee courses. Teach fundamental and advanced barista skills, including coffee brewing, espresso preparation, and other related skills.
- Develop and update training materials and curriculum to meet industry standards and ensure a comprehensive learning experience for students.
- Maintain high standards of quality in the delivery of training programs. Implement evaluation methods to assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies if needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a professional barista with a strong track record of excellence. Experience in training or teaching is an advantage.
- A relevant trade certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- A passion for coffee and a genuine interest in imparting knowledge to others.
