Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for one of the Hotel Chains in the country. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hotel chain, ensuring financial stability, and driving profitability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies, provide financial analysis, and support decision-making. This role is located in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Qualifications
- CA membership
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is not a must but gives an advantage.
