Role Description:
Join us as a full-time Human Resources Manager at Lyceum International Schools. You will oversee recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. This on-site role is located in Nugegoda.
Qualifications:
- HR management experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Deep understanding of HR policies and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in teams and independently
- Organizational and time management proficiency
- Familiarity with HRIS and HR-related software
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant HR certification(s) a plus
