Job Description
As an Account Manager at Green Tape, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client companies maximize their utilization of our e-procurement platform. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with buyer organizations, guiding them through the tendering process through the platform, and encouraging them to conduct their purchases through our platform. Your primary objective will be to facilitate seamless interactions between buyer companies and Green Tape, ultimately driving adoption and usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders within buyer companies.
- Assisting client inquiries, concerns, and support needs.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure their satisfaction with Green Tape’s services.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, client relations preferably in the IT industry.
- Fair understanding of procurement processes is an additional benefit.
