Job Description
The position holder will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging multimedia learning solutions that effectively support the organization’s training and development objectives.
Job Profile:
- Responsible for developing and organizing learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and job aids aligned with organizational goals
- Managing the LMS platform, tracking learner progress, and identifying areas for improvement
- User provisioning, performance monitoring, and digital platform channel management
Personal Profile:
- Degree/professional qualification in Training, Education Management
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil languages
- 1+ year experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro, and After Effects
- Strong visual skills with attention to detail
- Experience in event organizing, videography, and photography a plus
