Job Description
As a Radio Frequency Engineer at Huawei Technologies Lanka Co., (Pvt) Ltd, you will collaborate with the RF team on GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR Worst Cell Analysis, Network Level Trend deviations, and RAN network improvements. Responsibilities include RF parameter audits, KPI reporting, and implementing new network features.
This role requires a background in Telecommunications, IESL Bachelor’s Degree, or industry certifications. Experience in Multi-Vendor networks, 3+ years in RF planning/optimization, and project management exposure is preferred. Ideal candidates are efficient in fast-paced environments, team players, and result-oriented individuals.
