Working closely with the General Manager – Operations, you will have the opportunity to grow into a senior role. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, has 3+ years of sales experience, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, recruiting talent, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Deliverables focus on student growth, revenue targets, and quality record-keeping. Remuneration package: 60,00 LKR – 100,00 LKR + Commission.
