Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Business Development for our client in Real Estate and Property Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue targets while minimizing churn.
  • Signing up real estate/property members to the member base.
  • Keep detailed records of field visits, sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Create strategic plans based on targets, territories, and customer needs.
  • Stay abreast of market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Administration, Management, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of field sales experience in real estate/property management, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
