Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the on-grid solar market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven track record in business development or sales.
- Strong understanding of on-grid solar systems and financial models.
- Self-motivated with a passion for driving results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Knowledge in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite preferred.
