Job Description
Job Description: The General Manager will oversee all aspects of property and facilities management for the organization, including maintenance, repair, and new project development. Ensuring health and safety standards, budgeting, and financial management are key responsibilities.
Job Specification:
- Minimum 15 years of property management experience, with 3 years in a Senior managerial role.
- Experience in contract management with external service providers.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and people management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, building codes, and financial acumen.
- Degree in Facilities Management or Engineering, Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in large-scale projects and renewable energy solutions.
