Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage last mile delivery end to end
- Follow-up orders in real time and solve issues
- Optimize delivery parcels distribution and routes
- Develop an efficient schedule
- Track and keep proof of delivery and handle customer complaints
- Handle operational dashboard and issues
- Monitor and manage drivers fleet in real time
- Handle operational invoices with due diligence
- Train new employees
- Handle the recording and maintaining of inventory, advising the imports received, and items exported.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field (preferred)
- Proficient in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Fluent in English
