Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive, located in Colombo-3. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for:
- Recruiting target student numbers across all programs
- Systematic documentation of inquiries and continuous follow-ups for conversions to meet targets
- Flexible working hours and extra hours during peak times of student recruitment
Qualifications
- Experience in the education industry
- Market Planning, Sales, and Marketing skills
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
