Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Smart Succession Services. The HR Executive will manage HR functions, operations, employee relations, policies, and overall HR activities. Responsible for HR strategies, compliance, and overseeing HRIS system implementation.
Qualifications
- End-to-end recruitment
- HR Management, Operations, and Policies
- Employee Relations and HR
- Implement HRIS system
- Knowledge of employment laws
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus
