Job Description
Job Description: Join Emojot’s dynamic team as a Solution Engineering Intern and impact customer success initiatives. Engage with clients, design solutions, and support our global customer base.
Job Role:
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with clients.
- Engage in solution engineering discussions during the sales process.
- Assist in designing and configuring solutions on the Emojot SaaS platform.
- Support customer onboarding and post-onboarding activities.
- Conduct data analysis, presentations, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic image editing skills.
- Target-driven, innovative, with effective time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of MongoDB, API integrations, and cloud architecture is a plus.
