Job Description
We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka, seeking a Senior HR Executive – HRBP Sales for a reputable stationery company in Colombo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with Sales leaders to understand business needs and provide HR support.
- Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and development for the Sales team.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review processes.
- Organizational Development: Identify and address organizational needs, promoting continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with legal requirements.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use HR metrics to inform decision-making.
- Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, with 5-7 years of HR experience.
- Experience in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong business acumen, communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS.
