Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Support Officer at Surfer Collection in Colombo. The Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support to clients. Their day-to-day tasks will include addressing client inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing assistance with products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Experience in customer service and technical support
- Knowledge of fitness training, sports, or wearables is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
