Job Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share and enhance customer experience
- Analyze the pain points of existing and potential customers to understand customer experience deeply
- Translate product roadmap into detailed requirement specifications and prototypes
- Conduct competitor product analysis
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to deliver technical items
Expected Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent Communication in English – Written/Speaking
- Degree in IT/CS or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst is advantageous
- Experience in Technical writing/Professional Writing
- Experience in eliciting and modeling requirements: personas, user scenarios, use cases, UML
- Experience in wireframing and creating UI prototypes using various tools is a plus
- Proficiency in research and analysis
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work with incomplete information
- Fresh graduates with research experience and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
