Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities.
- Provide a creative approach to talent acquisition, presenting actionable insights from data and market intel.
- Meet with recruiters and stakeholders to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Screen resumes based on role-specific competencies and coordinate with line managers for interviews.
- Develop talent pools for open positions and contribute to succession planning.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with 2-3 years in the apparel sector preferred.
- PQHRM/Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows & HRIS System; experience in PowerBI Data Visualization is a plus.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
