Job Description
THE PERSON WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Welcome customers/visitors as the front face of the organization.
- Managing company PABX system/ inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Accurately maintaining registers for all incoming and outgoing mails and couriers and arranging distribution to relevant staff members.
- Coordinate with HR department in the interview process by receiving candidates ensuring confidentiality of candidate information.
- Responsible for providing general administrative support for the staff members where required.
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR SHOULD HAVE
- GCE Ordinary Level – B pass for English and C pass for mathematics.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity would be an advantage.
- Pleasant personality.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
