Job Description
We’re looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Fabric Manager/Director (Development/Innovation) for one of our business partners, Tailor-Made Recruitment Consultancy in the MENA Region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in knitted fabric manufacturing or development.
- Strong knowledge of fabric design & development procedures and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Expertise in fabric constructions, dye techniques, finishes, and garment manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills and decision-making abilities.
- Adaptability to change and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions related to Fabric across functions.
- Maintain mill competency chart and ensure fabric calendar deadlines.
- Forge strong relationships with key partners and participate in concept meetings.
- Guide material selection, improve costing, and increase profitability.
