Job Description
This opening is at a Sri Lanka based IT Company located in Colombo. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible to coordinate and develop marketing strategies, policies, programs, and campaigns and oversee the sales team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning
- Identify new markets and customers
- Lead business plans, sales pitches, and presentations
- Maintain knowledge of market trends
- Increase brand awareness and market share
- Generate new business leads
- Collate and maintain client information in CRM
- Develop quotes and proposals
- Conduct training on marketing activities
- Prepare and present progress reports
- Coordinate promotional activities and trade shows
- Negotiate contracts for marketing services
Qualifications:
- Fully/part qualified with CIM/SLIM
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/business management or Higher National Diploma in Marketing
Experience:
- 2-3 Years working experience
- Previous digital and online marketing experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in GSuite and computer systems
