Job Description
We seek an outstanding and energetic professional with dedication and competence to take over responsibilities of this position.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification in CA/CIMA or Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Purchasing experience and negotiation skills with local & foreign suppliers.
- Experience in ERP system is a must.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Handling Purchasing and Shipment Clearance.
- Coordination with suppliers and overlook supplier payments.
- Ability to prepare various financial reports and analysis.
- Inventory management and Costing, Variance Analysis reports.
- Both local & foreign supplier negotiations.
- Checking raw materials receipts, issues, and consumption.
- Coordinating with factory staff in day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining financial security by following internal controls.
