Job Description
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with recruitment agencies to source suitable candidate profiles based on our requirements.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who align with both technical and cultural needs of our organization.
- Conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 4-5 years or more in Technical/IT recruitment, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
