QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• B.Sc degree in management studies or Human Resource Management.
• Minimum of six (06) years’ work experience: three (03) of which should be at the management level.
Or
• M.Sc degree and three (03) years’ related management experience.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
• Sound knowledge of salary and benefits administration.
• Policy formulation.
• Corporate planning and budgeting.
• Working knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and Industrial relations practices.
• Specialized techniques/ skills.
• Excellent written, oral communication and negotiation skills.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership skills.
