Job Description
Position: Human Resource Intern
Location: Biyagama
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Assist with employee relations activities, including conducting exit interviews and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with the development and delivery of training programs.
- Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining HR databases and preparing HR-related documents.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned (5s, TPM)
