Job Description
The Job
- Responsible for aligning IT strategic plan with business tactical plan and groups strategic direction.
- Develop and prepare business plans and budget forecast for proper IT business plan management.
- Ensure tracking of IT strategic programs and projects, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage GIT order to payment cycle and ensure project executions within given constraints.
- Accountable for benchmarking performance with external consultants for system optimization.
- Optimize CAPEX and OPEX utilization to achieve corporate targets and uphold IT cost over revenue benchmark.
- Define IT cost rescaling initiatives with UDs and report achievements.
- Set performance targets for IT divisional heads to achieve IT strategy.
- Coordinate with GCIO and IT Senior Management to plan IT strategies to meet organization goals.
The Person
- BSc Engineering Degree specialized in Engineering, Telecom, or IT from a recognized university.
- Degree in Finance from a recognized university and CIMA qualification.
- MBA and PMP certification would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Conduct investment appraisals through NPV and IRR.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Sound knowledge to direct strategic initiatives within IT.
