Job Description
The Job
- Responsible for enhancing customer experience by improving documentation methods, processes, and techniques.
- Enhance the business process to increase efficiency to provide better service to customers.
- Responsible for identifying the user segment and preparing a list of clarifications.
- Conduct individual/group interviews and drive the discussions towards a productive outcome.
- Facilitate users to validate identified requirements against business objectives.
- Apply standard processes, procedures, and templates in place to document the requirements.
- Discuss the formulated solution among peers and superiors to arrive at a practical and feasible solution.
The Person
- BSc Degree in IT/Physical Science with an IT diploma from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a relevant field.
- Sound knowledge in IT-related languages.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
