Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Application Verification and Database Updates:
- Thoroughly verify all applications from Sales, RBE, and partner banks.
- Scan and update application information in the database.
2. Application Dispatch:
- Ensure prompt dispatch of scanned applications to respective banks.
3. Device Dispatch:
- Maintain an updated device list and promptly update for Deployment team.
4. Urgent Deployment Follow-Up:
- Proactively follow up on urgent deployment requests with partner banks.
5. Zoho CRM Updates:
- Keep Zoho CRM updated with merchant information from partner banks.
6. Rejected Application Tracking:
- Maintain detailed tracking of rejected applications for analysis.
