Job Description
Verité Research is a private think tank in Colombo specializing in Economics, Politics, Law, and Media. Join us in an interdisciplinary research environment and gain direct exposure to organizational work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment & selection
- Onboard new employees and manage exits
- Maintain HR systems
- Coordinate HR operations with Team Leaders
- Update trackers and manage records
- Prepare HR reports
- Implement employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or related
- 6 months of HR experience
- Proficiency in Office 365 suite
- Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)
