Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Prepare financial statements, develop strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage cash flow, financial planning, and internal controls.
- Lead financial analysis, tax planning, and audits.
- Provide strategic financial insights and mentor the finance team.
- Utilize financial software and ERP systems for reporting.
- Conduct branch visits as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in AR, AP, and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
