Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Assistant at Softlabs Innovation. Responsibilities include credit control, petty cash management, finance tasks, and team communication. This position is based in Colombo with the possibility of remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks) and spreadsheets
- Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Ability to analyze financial data and create reports
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Professional certification like AAT or Part-Qualified CA is a bonus
