Job Description
Role
- Attend meetings with Clients and Consultants.
- Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and set budgets for projects.
- Come up with potential Value Engineering options for Clients.
- Provide contract advice to Clients on the form of contract utilized.
- Coordinate tender process for various packages.
- Conduct commercial tender reviews with Clients/Project managers.
- Conduct site visits for valuations and assessments.
- Prepare accurate cost reports and liaise with stakeholders.
- Manage internal team and coordinate with Directors/Associate Directors.
- Coordinate with site construction team and Engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience.
- Strong planning, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
