Job Description
AgStar is a leading supplier of Agri Inputs in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a Deputy General Manager to lead our tea sector business expansion. Key responsibilities include marketing, travel, and team management.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role
- Sales and Advisory experience in Tea Sector preferred
- Degree/Diploma in Agriculture
- Marketing experience in Tea and Regional Plantations
- Strong analytical and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead sales and marketing teams
